    Flight Simulator Engineer

    Our Flight Simulator Engineers collaborate with a diverse team of simulator manufacturers, simulator technicians, and training instructors to ensure operational and reliability goals are met on a wide variety of flight simulator equipment used for training by global airlines.


    Duties and Responsibilities:


    Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex flight-simulator discrepancies;
    Lead engineering projects and flight-simulator updates;
    Oversee Qualification Test Guides (QTGs) and their presentation to authorities;
    Support the Logistics Process, including parts repair, ordering, and stocking;
    Monitor processes and provides constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

    Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:


    Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field;
    At least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry;
    Demonstrates knowledge of software and networking principles, avionic components and aircraft performance.

    Must be able to:

    Lift at least 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend and stand for long periods of time move/work within cramped spaces.
    Work on variable shifts, including nights and weekends
