Anyone having issues passing the background noise QTG on a regular basis? Would a decibel meter help when troubleshooting to determine a noise/frequency band that is failing (i.e. fan going out in a display)? Any thoughts or recommendations on your experience would be appreciated.

I haven't had problems with the background noise, but with spurious noises in other test cases. One time it was the 400hz georator in the bay, another time it was the vacuum pump for the mirror.

I don't know what a decibel meter will tell you that just running the test won't.
