Hi Andy

I uploaded my profile image hoping it would be used as my avatar as it's not possible to edit the avatar image and the profile image is not displaying next to forum posts.
Have I missed something? How do I edit my avatar?

I've been working on this for a while but it still doesn't seem to want to display. Your custom avatar is showing up in my admin section so now I wonder if it may be a use setting on your login.

In the upper right corner (next to log out) is Settings

When that page is opened there is a selection of links on the left side of the screen. Look for the one under My Settings / My Account / General Settings

Scroll down to you get to Thread Display Options and there should be several options to check: Show Signatures, Show Avatars, Show Images.

These should be checked. Can you see if yours are selected? That would help me in the troubleshooting.

Update: I looked at your account from the admin section and it shows you have a custom image uploaded as a profile image but there is nothing uploaded as an avatar. With the newer versions of this forum software they made it two separate upload options.

In the same area as mentioned above, My Settings / My Account / General Settings, there should be a link on the left Edit Avatar. See if you can upload an image there and we'll see if that works.
