Hahn AB Sim Techs

I've seen a couple of former Hahn guys on the board, like Brad Z and Juan. Anyone know what ever became of Bob and Carole Hoffman?? Any of you that are out there, shout out. I've often wondered what happened to everyone after we got booted out of Europe. I know that Steve Myers is here at FedEx (Anchorage) but have lost touch with everyone else.

If you happen to find Bob Hoffman let him know I would like to say a hello also. I was stationed with Bob at McChord AFB, WA..... YEARS ago. I haven't heard of many of those folks in many many years.

Hi Jim,
Does Fed-X Make you and steve pull SP augmentee? I remember all of us guarding quite a few trees at Hahn. I haven't heard anything about Bob & Carole. Horst disappeared into the software world. Lester went to the DTT with me, and the last I heard he was a sim tech on the E3A. I worked field service for 7 years for Link, 5.5 years for SVG/ASML in photo-lithography at Intel Fab 15, and now I'm back in field service woking for Boeing. Keep your powder dry!

You would have to bring that up! No, I'm in heavy maintenance now days, overseeing up to 10 heavy check lines here at Mobile Aerospace. The only "guarding" that I do now is trying to keep idiots away from my planes with scissor lifts! (they punched a hole in a DC10 flap earlier this week)
Steve is up in Anchorage. I got a picture a couple of years ago of him at his recent wedding. You wouldn't know him if you ran into him on the street! Remember Grizzly Adams??? That's Steve!
