I need to replace one of our 30 litre bladders on our motion base and was wondering if anyone had a good source for replacement bladders. The accumulator # is AT150-30-30 (Nippon). Our parts guy is having a hard time tracking down a suitable replacement
This is a 1983 vintage Rediffusion motion system, I know there's quite a few of them out there and maybe someone else has a known good source.

Thanks!

Is it actually a 30L ? I have had luck in the past replacing bladders where I could no longer find the mfg with Greer bladders of the appropriate size. Our 30L are actually 38.7 (I think) which is 10GL. Let me know, I have a spec sheet for bladders from Greer that I can fax to you.

We haven't actually pulled the bladder out yet so I don't know for a fact that it's 30L but all the documentation and the markings on the accumulator all say 30L so that' what I'm using as a guide right now.

RE: Wilkes & McLean LTd
I called these guys last week but was told that our accumulator is some how different because it was made by a subcontractor to Nippon, a group calle NOK. Wilkes and McLean doesn't support NOK equipment....not sure what the difference is.
Right now we're contacting Greer and Scott Industries as well. We'll see how that goes!

I don't know if you have ever removed one before, but it puts me to mind that this must be what it is like to birth a seal pup. The exception is that the seal is alot cleaner and the mother licks up the mess. Heyheadscrat maybe we can save some money on pig wipes and kitty litter.

Try
RPMII in Houston Tx.
I don't have their number handy but they were very reliable in the past.
