This is kind of a cool plug-in but it's also a pain to utilize.
There's a new plug-in available that allows everyone to create custom smilies. There's several steps that are needed to do this:
Type your message and then select the More link below the smilies selection to the right of the message text area. This is located at the bottom of the smilie selections. This should open a smaller window with all of the other generic faces.
At the top of the smaller window you'll see a link labelled "create a custom smilie"
http://www.simtechonline.com/smiliepopup.gif
Click on this to open custom page. It can also be accessed directly at http://www.simtechonline.com/forums/smmaker.php
Design your custom face and press the create button. After a couple of seconds it should show your new design.
Select the phrase that is in the Put it in a post box. Copy this phrase wherever you want the smilie to be on your message. It will show up as text in brackets in your edit window, but if you do a preview it will display it correctly.Example: [smiliie=10,37,9] will show up as [smilie=10,37,9]
(I had to add an extra "i" in the example of the word smilie so it would not draw the image twice.
