Provided maintenance on 2 CAE 737, Link 747, CAE A300, DC-10, and
MD-80. Was responsible for complicated mechanical repairs.
Performed daily readiness.

2002 to Flight Simulator Technician
Sept., 2004
Provided ISO 9001 compliance and maintenance including recurring FAA
testing. SEL 32/76 and Harris 5804 Night Hawk computers. SP1, Vital
4, Skylight Cromaview Vital 8 visuals. Sparc, Vxwork MVME 167 cpu
SUN fileserver. Twenty slot VME-VME Bus, FDK I/0 with HHT suman
handheld. DCLS-DCM Unix DRI platform 332 incorporating OS9
eproms, PWI, ADC, Unidig, and DAC I.P. modules. VME VERSA
Module Eurobus 167 and 162 boards with VME to VME shared memory.
WXR with Honeywell, Collins, and Bendix/King instruments. Performed
daily readiness on 16 simulators.
*Began as a Simulator Mechanic and advanced to Simulator Technician.
1998 to 2002 Flight Simulator Mechanic
Provided all mechanical maintenance on GMI built EMB-120. SEL
32/67 computer. Vital 4 visual. Utilized troubleshooting skills in quick
resolution of problems. Was primarily responsible for preventive
maintenance, site safety, and MSDS program as well as repair of
hydraulic pumps, valves, actuators, & sensors. Had joint responsibility
for running recurring FAA testing. Developed a growing knowledge of
CPU/IO operation.
1997 to 1998 Aircraft Technician
JET ACCESSORIES TECHNICIANS
Primary responsibilities included calibrations, adjustments, final testing,
and airworthiness of fuel and oil nozzle assemblies in Pratt Whitney JT-8
and JT-9 turbo jet engines. Instituted techniques and improvements to
lower discard pieces that resulted in increased productivity and lower
costs.
