Mike Jenkins here. Don't know where Jerry is, but I'm still here on the S3's. We moved to NAS Jax when Cecil closed. At the end of the month I'm turning off #5 and disposing of it. At the end of the year the #2 goes and that will be the end of S3 simulation. The west coast is already gone.

How are doing? I'm getting old and fat. Got five grand kids.

Mike

Jerry is here on the board and is a regular visitor. I'll leave it up to him to expose his username but I'll let him know that some folks are looking for him.

Andy,
Thanks for letting Jerry know.

Mike....how's it goin man?? Ever get back into the furniture building?

Wow...S3's are finally gone.....did they ever upgrade the visuals or anything like that? I guess they need the engines as spares for the A-10's??haha Not many submarines to chase out in the desert ! Come to think of it...not tooo many T72's left out there either! And there's not too many, well....MAYBE as many 'hostile' sub's out in the oceans for the last 15-20 yrs either.

AF E-8C here....707 with a hole in it's head for gas....nuttin' classified about it. Except for lack of FAA sim cert's, it might as well be a commercial.....6dof Thales motion and E&S ESCP2000 projector's to a SEOS 180X45 ten foot dome. Easy sleazy. Fokker DCLS X eight channels.

Started to get back into flying and decided that was waaaay too spendy, so I've taken up autocrossing and working on my license for some road racing. Put stakes up in the back yard for where I would like to have my 3-bay garage. The wife's had about enough of not parking in the attached garage!

One daughter, two step-daughter's and one step-son. One 3y.o. grandson, Jakob...affectionally nicknamed Poot for reasons generally universal to all little kids! I guess I've got to knock off calling him that....he's getting to the age where he's taking a little too much pride in it!!

Hey...I get down to Valdosta occasionally for some autocrossing. Maybe you could tool on over one of those Sunday's. I'll take you for a spin around the course.

I think anyone can get to me email on here, but it's srockwell2@<hidden>.

See ya!
