Don't know the sim # but the F-16 sim at Kunsan had to be sent back to depot for rust removal around 1988. Seems the bay air handler system couldn't keep up with the humidity that close to the Gulf. Sorry, no pics. maybe the F-16 DTT has some on file?

I remember how rusted it was. I had to get the EW system going before the upgrade was done in 84-85, but the 10mb Hawk drive had a corroded fixed disk and could not get a replacment. That was a fun site until they disbursed us all around the CRS squadron. Remember when the SP's brought the dope dogs thru for training and we would move the drug ball so dog and trainer would get confused. Dog one direction (correct way) and handle would try to pull him over to where he thought it was. jester:
