Tentative Agreement Rejected
Shortly after 1400 today the TA ballot was tallied and certified, and by an overwhelming margin of 80.36 percent, the agreement failed: 5,195 against to 1,270 for. As such, PFAA is prepared to immediately return to negotiations with the company in order to reach a fair and equitable agreement as soon as possible. Should the company move to impose an agreement via the bankruptcy court, PFAA reserves the right to strike, given your vote earlier this year to approve a strike in such conditions.
