He must be from the school in Altus. It is the only place that a person can get any experience on an F111 and a C141 at this time in history. The last F111s went away years ago, and I think there are just 2 or 3 C141 C model glass cockpit sims left. FSSC and the AF gave a 141 to Bill Mason at Southwest Votech in Altus a couple of years ago. If I am right, tell Bill I said hello

i guess simtechs don't have the detective gene, in his resume, under education he says he's from the altus school, which i didn't even know "certified" simtechs. all these 30 years of ojt, i have yet to get certified, except the usual un-official certified knot head!!!!scratchch

Hey Pirate, you can't call yourself a simtech if you are not "certified" in the after work beer. It is the only certification I ever go in just as many years.

i'm wondering if this qualifies. when i was on shore duty in san diego, we were doomed to the mid shift for like 2 years for being junior techs, and at 7am in the morning, there ain't much to do. So, we convinced the owner of Darby's on Point Loma to let us in when she opened at 7am to clean up, and we would drink beer, shoot pool, throw darts, listem to "the dr dimento show from under the smog berry bushes in los angeles, california".she would make casadilla's and munchies, it was pretty cool for a while untill one extra long fun day when we lost track of time and the day shift came in for the after work beer, mostly senior nco's and such, including the Master chief of the command........
