    On July 27th 2011 I upgraded this server because of some security issues.  It wasn't specific to this website, but it was a rather intense cyber attack across the whole system.  So I'm hoping this new server (installed July 2011) will fix the speed issues associated with massive traffic influxes. 

    And my sincere thanks to the following people and their help with their donations, it really does make a difference & it keeps this site online.  Rather than simply sending a note of thanks I decided to share the names of who is responsible for keeping this site active.  I don't mind working on the site, keeping things updated, and paying for small improvements here and there... but this site has grown to the point of needing a special server and rather expensive forum software, so any help with expenses are truly appreciated.

    The numbers on the "Pay Scale" page are outdated for many shops and I need updated figures.
    The pay scale page does have an impact on all of our long-term pay/benefit issues and has made a difference over the years.

    There is no content in this section
