The following zip file FCC.ZIP contains hundreds of questions from a FCC training course from about 1992.  The .exe program is some ancient DOS based utility. Simply unzip FCC.zip into a single directory on a floppy & run it off of there.  The installation portion seems to have a bug in the .dat file but it runs fine off a root directory, such as a: drive.

Someone sent me this flyer which lists courses and locations (and costs)
for various FCC levels.  I have no feedback or other information on this course.

Element 1 Marine Radio, ~5 hour seminar, 24 questions
3 General Radio, ~15 hour seminar, 76 questions
7 GMDSS Operator, ~15 hour seminar, 76 questions
8 Ship Radar, ~10 hour seminar, 50 questions
9 GMDSS Maintainer, ~10 hour seminar, 50 questions

Courses and exams are available days, nights and weekends.
Cost for elements 1,3,8 $500.      All 5 elements $750.
Price includes study guides, instruction & exams.
